Hi, I'm Meg Houser.
I’m so glad you’re here.
As a Registered Nurse with nearly 15 years experience—and also a wife and mom of three—I’ve seen firsthand how deeply our physical health, hormones, stress, mindset, and relationships are connected. I also understand how easy it can be for women in midlife to feel depleted, disconnected, or unlike themselves as their bodies and lives begin to shift.
What I’ve learned through both my professional experience and personal journey is this: small, intentional shifts can create meaningful and lasting change. When we begin supporting the body and nervous system in sustainable ways, transformation happens—not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and relationally as well.
As a Registered Nurse, Holistic Wellness Coach, Certified Menopause Specialist, and Yoga Instructor, I bring a whole-person approach to supporting women through perimenopause and midlife. I combine evidence-based education with compassionate coaching to help you better understand your body, reduce overwhelm, and create realistic habits that support your wellbeing.
This work isn’t about perfection or extreme routines. It’s about helping you reconnect with yourself and create a life that feels more calm, grounded, energized, and aligned with who you are and who you want to be.
